We are a successful supply chain partner providing “Intelligent Delivery” of products and solutions to the Industrial, Environmental, and Plastics industries. We currently operate two manufacturing sites in Colborne and Elmira, Ontario, and have supporting warehouses and sales representatives across Canada and the Northeastern United States.

We’re now looking for a **Help Desk / IT Support Specialist **to join us at our Colborne location, who will support the employees of CCC with outstanding customer care and technical expertise.

**What you’ll be doing as our Help Desk Support Specialist**:
**Practically speaking, you will**:

- Troubleshoot and assist users with network connectivity, software, printing, VPN and operating system issues utilizing help desktop software for ticket tracking
- Create new users and accounts in hybrid Active Directory/O365 environment for Windows, and set up workstations or laptops for new employees while following corporate policy
- Handle user administration including maintenance of user accounts, group memberships and file/folder permissions, distribution lists
- Assist in installation of new software releases, system upgrades, and evaluate and install patches as well as resolve any related problems
- Troubleshoot hardware devices such as office printers, mobile devices, desktops, laptops, and IP phones
- Supporting desktops & laptops running Windows 10/11 with MS Office 365, CRM 2011
- Create and deploy desktop/laptop image configuration, updates, testing and deployments (experience with imaging software will be an asset)
- Configure new workstations and laptops for new employees
- Working experience with Azure will be an asset.
- Exposure to Cisco Unified Communication Manager v10 and to Cisco switches will be an asset
- Willing to travel to two locations for new deployments, upgrades and troubleshooting

**Working with CCC**:
This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm. On the rare occasions where overtime is required, you’ll get time off in lieu.

You’ll work primarily from our Colborne facility, and will have the opportunity to travel occasionally to our Toronto site and Elmira location for troubleshooting, new deployments, and upgrades.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-5 years of experience working in a help desk environment (e.g., as a help desk solutions specialist, help desk analyst, help desk technician, or similar), providing internal technical support to employees
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Willingness and ability to travel occasionally to manufacturing sites in Elmira and Toronto (own vehicle or ability to rent your own vehicle required)
- Any experience with or exposure to Azure, VMware, Cisco switches, or Cisco Unified Communications would be a definite asset
- Any certification in Microsoft Office, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or similar would be an asset
