Your responsibilities will include coordinating team activities based on established priorities and proposing adjustments to optimize our work methods.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manages and plans the evolution of essential systems for our organization’s operations;
- Actively participates in various stages of the software development cycle, including defining acceptance criteria, validation of the requirements and the solution, testing activities, documentation, and pre-production acceptance;
- Management of the team of business analysts responsible for configuring pricing and other rules within our systems;
- Acts as the liaison between IT teams and different business units to gather and analyze needs;
- Supervises or participates in defining business processes, procedures, and rules while ensuring effective communication of context to the rest of the team.

**Qualifications and skills**:

- Possess a minimum of eight years of experience as a business analyst, product manager, or in a related field;
- Leadership skills and team management;
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, information technology or in a relevant discipline;
- Asset: Experience working in the insurance or financial industry;
- Asset: Project management experience;
- Asset: Experience with Agile development methodology.
