**Position Overview**
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated **Glass Solutions Estimator** to join our team. This role is crucial in driving our business growth by providing accurate and timely estimates, assisting clients with solutions for their glass-related projects, and maintaining strong client relationships.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Accurate Estimation**: Provide precise and timely estimates for glass-related projects for both retail consumers and B2B clients.
- **Client Assistance**: Assist clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions for their projects.
- **Relationship Building**: Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Lead Generation**: Generate new leads and build relationships with potential clients, including home builders, property managers, and institutional government accounts.
- **Site Visits**: Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and gather necessary information for accurate estimations.
- **Proposal Presentation**: Prepare and present proposals to clients, negotiating terms and closing sales.
- **Project Coordination**: Coordinate with the installation team to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, estimates, and sales activities using CRM software.
- **Marketing & Networking**: Participate in company marketing and networking events to promote All-Brite Glass & Tint services.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience in estimating and account management/business development, preferably in the glass or construction industry.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Strong knowledge of glass products and installation processes.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Proficiency in using CRM & Glass software and Google Gsuite.
- **Driver’s License**: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Tri-City area for site visits and client meetings.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
