As the CTO you will provide leadership to a specialized team that develops and maintains competitive and innovative cloud-based solutions for financial institutions. Reporting directly to the President & CEO you are responsible for the overall technology platform of the company and are instrumental in assessing the strategy and vision for the development of the next platform. You will guide the organization towards continued product growth, strengthen operational capacity and effectiveness and help capitalize on global market opportunities.

The CTO will create an organizational environment that stimulates the morale, creativity and productivity of the development team, and will provide vision, support and guidance for the organization on the development and integration of technology for its customers.
