**JOB SUMMARY**:
As a member of our construction team, the Inground Pool Builder plays a crucial role in executing our company's goals, policies, and objectives under the guidance of the Site Foreman and Project Manager. The primary duty of this position is to collaborate with our team to complete all construction-related tasks on the job site, including preparation, execution, safety, and clean-up. Additionally, the Inground Pool Builder is responsible for supporting the Site Foreman in all job site activities to ensure the successful completion of projects.

**RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**:

- Collaborate closely with the Site Foreman to ensure efficient project execution
- Plan and prepare for each workday by acquiring appropriate tools and materials
- Maintain a high standard of construction and workmanship quality
- Ensure that all tools and materials are cleaned and properly stored at the end of each day
- Construct swimming pools and perform concrete finishing on pool pads
- Install plumbing and pool equipment
- Operate and maintain construction equipment and machines
- Perform miscellaneous duties, including running errands as required
- Must be available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Overtime opportunities are available

**SKILLS & CHARACTERISTICS REQUIRED**:

- Ability to perform physical labor
- Capability to work in all weather conditions
- Must be highly motivated and hardworking
- Workers must be punctual and dependable
- Workers must be available and willing to work extended hours and weekends
- General construction and power tool usage skills are an asset
- Must be able to lift at least 25 kilograms (55 pounds).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal

**Experience**: 1 year of construction experience (preferred)

**Salary/Wage**: Based on experience

Licence/Certification:

- Driver's License (preferred)
