**Social Media Marketing Manager**
We are searching for a dynamic and innovative Social Media Marketing Manager to join our rapidly-growing team. If you’re passionate about digital marketing, understand the power of social engagement, and are driven to create compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences, we want you on board

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our business goals.
- Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content regularly (e.g. text, photos, videos).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and product managers.
- Monitor SEO, web traffic metrics, and social media KPIs to gauge the success of content and campaigns.
- Handle social media ad campaigns, optimizing for ROI.
- Engage and communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
- Collaborate with influencers and industry professionals.
- Train internal teams to integrate and maintain a cohesive social media strategy.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Marketing Manager or similar role.
- Excellent content creation skills, including copywriting, graphics, and video editing.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and best practices.
- Experience with SEO/SEM, metrics, and analytics tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- BSc degree in Marketing, New Media, or relevant field.

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON L4W 5G6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 3 years (required)
