Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Coach to join our team. As a Coach, you will be responsible for educating, entertaining and inspiring individuals in group classes, personal training sessions, small group personal training, and teams. If you have a love for teaching individuals of all ages and abilities and a passion for health, fitness & nutrition this is the perfect opportunity for you

**Duties**:

- Develop and implement training programs for individuals or teams
- Provide instruction and guidance on proper techniques and strategies
- Motivate and inspire athletes to reach their full potential
- Plan and organize practice sessions
- Evaluate performance and provide constructive feedback
- Ensure the safety of all participants during training sessions or competitions
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to coordinate schedules and events
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and achievements

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge and experience in strength & conditioning (individual or team)
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey instructions and provide feedback
- Ability to motivate and inspire athletes to achieve their goals
- Strong organizational skills to plan and coordinate practice sessions
- Patience and understanding to work with individuals of different skill levels
- Ability to adapt coaching techniques based on individual needs

Please note that all positions at our organization are paid, excluding internship positions. We value the dedication and expertise of our coaches, and compensation will be commensurate with experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: $15.30-$100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 40 per week
