**DMS Metals Ltd** - a full service metals recycler located minutes north of Toronto - is looking for an experienced Non-Ferrous Receiver/Supervisor. Family owned and operated since 1974.

We are currently recruiting for a Non-Ferrous Receiver/Supervisor with experience for our Gormley location. Under the supervision of the Yard Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for purchasing non-ferrous scrap metals from the public and various industrial accounts. The employee must be able to communicate clearly and directly with customers and employees during the purchasing process. The employee will be responsible for accurately grading and weighing NF materials, and directing other employees in the NF receiving warehouse. Will be responsible for accurately weighing and tagging material to be input into DMS’ Inventory. The incumbent will be involved with trying to improve quality, service, and operational costs of all materials and services. Will be required to assist throughout the yard as needed or assigned. Will assist with preparing shipments and receiving equipment using a forklift as required. Must be able to work well with others and be able to work safely. Customer service skills are essential. Must be able to always represent the company in a professional manner.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in operating a forklift
- Customer service skills
- Experience in metal recycling
- Ability to work indoors/outdoors in all weather conditions
- Good physical fitness
- Ability to work as a member of a team

Permanent full-time position
- 7-4:30 Monday to Friday, Saturdays 7:30-12

**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 44 per week
