Ce que vous ferez:
- Promouvoir la vente des produits distribués par Beacon auprès des entrepreneurs et des architectes conformément aux politiques et procédures de l’entreprise
- Fournir une aide et de l’information technique aux clients.
- Gérer le territoire de manière à maximiser les ventes.
- Présenter des rapports hebdomadaires au directeur de la succursale sur les questions ou les points importants de manière à permettre à la direction d’assurer la continuité des activités.
S’assurer que toutes les normes et exigences relatives à la promotion et à la vente des produits distribués par Beacon sont appliquées et respectées de manière constante dans tous les secteurs de clientèle.
- Formuler des recommandations sur l’ajout potentiel d’autres gammes de produits qui permettraient de bonifier l’offre globale de l’entreprise en matière de produits.
- Se tenir informé des derniers développements dans l’industrie (renseignements techniques et produits).
- Seconder le directeur de la succursale et les représentants des ventes internes dans l’établissement des prévisions de vente afin de s’assurer que les stocks sont suffisants pour répondre à la demande.
- Travailler de concert avec les représentants des ventes internes pour développer de nouveaux comptes-clients clés.
- Investiguer les problèmes signalés par les clients et proposer des solutions

- Excellente capacité à communiquer de manière structurée
- Bilinguisme (un atout)
- Capacités exceptionnelles d’organisation, de gestion du temps et de fonctionnement multitâche
- Éthique professionnelle rigoureuse et niveau élevé d’ambition
- Autonomie et initiative
- Niveau de motivation élevé et détermination inébranlable à produire des résultats
- Capacité à atteindre les objectifs mensuels
- Connaissance approfondie de l’industrie et antécédents professionnels reconnus (un atout)
- Connaissance des logiciels Word, Excel et Outlook
- AEC ou DEC en administration, en génie civil ou en architecture (un atout).
- Formation officielle en vente (un atout)
- Permis de conduire valide et bon dossier de conduite
