Anatomica is seeking a CLINIC RECEPTIONIST to join our front desk team Our front desk admins are the friendly faces that create a welcoming space for our patients and provide inclusive customer service and thoughtful clerical support. As valued and essential members of our multidisciplinary practice each admin member contributes to the management of clinic operations with their individualized roles.

**As a front desk administrator you’ll perform reception duties and provide customer service to our patients, submit insurance claims online, and perform other administrative duties and light bookkeeping, such as filing, data entry, preparing spreadsheets, and receiving incoming 3rd party payments.**

**General Reception Duties**
- greeting and assisting patients
- scheduling appointments and processing payments in Jane Software
- prepare and send health records; receive incoming patient files
- staff communications and clerical support to the director and practitioners
- receive deliveries, restock supplies, and perform light cleaning tasks

**Administration Duties**
- submitting online insurance claims using integrated and external portals
- handling incoming insurance payments and billing notices (A/R)
- communicating with 3rd party insurers to reverse or track payments
- completing provider registration and profile updates online
- communicating with 3rd party insurers on behalf of providers
- Prepare bimonthly sales statements for accountant in Excel
- Update monthly appointment data in Google Sheets
- Prepare bills, sales receipts, and supplier credits in Quickbooks
- Upload bimonthly compensation reports to our HR Software
- Maintain monthly records of inventory and supply purchases
- Manage inbox/forwarding of incoming receipts and invoices to Dext

**Part-time Hours Available**
Shift assignments vary, and receptionists must be available to work any of:

- **7:30am - 3:00pm**:

- **8:00am - 5:00pm**:

- **2:30pm - 9:00pm**:

- **4:30pm - 9:00pm**:

- **10:00am - 6:00pm**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
