**Main Duties**

1. Assess characteristics of different customer groups in terms of health and nutrition requirements to determine applicable digital marketing and advertising strategies respectively;
2. Explore and expand markets, online and/or offline, among hospitals, schools (including colleges and universities), offices in key London areas to develop group orders, manage and maintain group orders on digital platforms;
3. Create and design Internet Marketing campaigns and sales promotion plans;
4. Design and improve digital promotional brochures, newsletters, creative production, copywriting, etc, for food combos;
5. Monitor online advertising data, analyze and summarize the feedback of advertisings, continuously optimize promotion manners, and improve online marketing plans;
6. Evaluate the performance of digital ads on various online platforms, determine and optimize the advertisement’s online media placement strategy on different platforms;
7. Implement, optimize, and manage the whole online marketing process, including: coordinating to deliver the ads on appropriate platforms, managing the ads budget, and assessing conversion rates, etc. ;
8. Manage and recommend to developers the design, usability and content of the company website, and assist in the website development to improve SEO (Search Engine Optimization) positions for target words;
9. Track, examine and analyze website traffic, develop and implement strategy to drive online traffic from platforms including: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Xiaohongshu, Tiktok, Instagram, and Wechat, to the company’s website and the company’s social media accounts;
10. Create and maintain the company’s social media accounts, including managing customer reviews and testimonials, and provide in-time recommendations to adjust and improve food recipes/taste based on the customers feedback.
- **Qualification**
- A university bachelor degree in management or marketing or related fields, or with education and work experience background equivalent to the degree above
- 3+ years experience in digital marketing and online ads optimization
- Language: English
- Area of specialization: Digital Advertising, Marketing, Social Media maintenance
- Able to use media analysis tools to evaluate ads effect and performance, tools including: Google Analytics, Baidu Analytics, Google Trends, App Growing Global, Google Surveys, and Excel Spreadsheet, Word processing software, MS Windows etc.
- Knowledge of food nutrition is an asset
