We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working High-Rise Site Superintendent for a position at our Toronto site. You will be part of the High-Rise Construction team and you will be responsible for monitoring the project from planning to completion, including tasks such as budgeting and scheduling. Following a quality standard and ensuring the safety and security of the construction site.

- **Position Responsibilities**_

**Reporting to the Director of High-Rise Construction, you will be responsible for but not limited to the following responsibilities**:

- Site set up and logistics
- Drawing review and interference review between disciplines
- Coordination of all trades
- Manage site labour and management staff
- Prepare and conduct site meetings
- Work with Project Management team in the execution of all activities
- Communicate with consultants as needed
- Execute the coordination of all inspections
- Monitor and maintain construction schedule
- Schedule and implement all occupancy procedures
- Implementation of Company Core Values, safety policies and OSHA/O. Reg. 213/91 with the assistance of the company Safety Manager
- **Required Skills and Experience**_
- Have at least 5-10 years of Site Superintendent experience
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Superior time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to prioritize and work under strict deadlines
- Positive attitude, team player and professional demeanor
