**ABOUT THE COMPANY**

Durham Region Non-Profit Housing Corporation (DRNPHC) is a social and affordable housing provider in the Region of Durham providing homes to tenants with low and moderate-incomes in approximately 1200 affordable rental units throughout 18 residential properties. Our portfolio includes multiple high-rise and low-rise apartments and townhouse complexes throughout the Region.

Seeking a building **Relief Superintendent **for the properties in Block 1, covering seven (7) properties in Oshawa and Bowmanville, Ontario.

To provide relief superintendent services as per the collective agreement for the locations listed above. Some coverage required at alternate sites. Relief Superintendents cover 3 evenings for the Geographic Block each week, some weekends, and Superintendent vacation coverage.

Unionized position - CUPE 1764-03, Block 1, reports to the Property Manager

**Housing Provided**: A 3-bedroom townhouse unit is provided at the Bowmanville Heights site, L1C 4V3.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
The Building Superintendent should possess the knowledge and ability to perform janitorial and building maintenance, support tenants, and do repairs based on experience in various building trades such as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, painting and/or carpentry. **This is a live-in position.**
