The Insurance Associate - Libro Wealth Services (LWS) will enable our Libro Wealth Strategies Coaches to enhance insurance services for both wealth protection and wealth preservation, optimize Owner relationships, improve the Advisor experience, and drive revenue growth. Strong knowledge of processes, requirements and documentation relating to both insurance products and services required. Responsible for working closely with all team members to identify and refer opportunities within all segments.
LWS is a program provided by Aviso Wealth offering financial planning, life insurance and investments to members of credit unions and their communities. Trademark(s) of Libro Wealth Strategies are used under license by Credential Financial Strategies Inc.
This role is eligible for our hybrid work program.
Given regulatory requirements for employment, benefits, etc., this role is an employed position with Credential Financial Strategies via our Libro Wealth Strategies (LWS) offer.
The Epic Human we are looking for will;
Provide both proactive and follow-up service to appropriately fulfill Owner needs and expectations.
I dentify cues and refers opportunities seamlessly to appropriate specialists to match expertise to Owner’s identified needs.
Develop collaborative relationships with internal teams and business segments to effectively service Owners and grow business.
Contribute to and provide feedback on team business plan for continual improvement and results. Work with Coach to identify activities and set goals to support business plan success.
Provide regional teams with insurance related sales support including documentation, appointment preparation and reports allowing sales team to focus on proactive activity.
Meets the compliance of established Aviso/CFS and regulatory policies, procedures, and processes to serve Owners effectively and accurately.
Makes smart risk decisions that protect our Owners, Aviso, and Libro.
Participate in promotions and location campaigns to build both Aviso’s and Libro’s brands and grow business.
Participate in ongoing continuous improvement activities and culture through process improvement suggestions, participation in kaizen initiatives and consistent implementation and support of process changes.
Invest time and expertise by participating in team activities and volunteering with local community groups, to deliver on Libro’s Prosperity Purpose.

Do you have a business related diploma (preferred) or related studies or experience? Previous experience in a financial institution with 1-3 years customer service experience?
Proficient knowledge of insurance compliance requirements? Working knowledge related to investment benefits considered beneficial.
