**Responsibility**:Perform full tender process from invitation to submission for 100% self-performance demolition company. Responsibilities include quantity take off, cost estimation, scope review, completing bid forms, site visit, attending bid interviews, communication and RFQ, RFP with suppliers, Preparing RFI with clients, maintaining the tender tracker, tracking the submissions, follow up with clients, review production with operation team, mentoring and training junior members, presenting the bid opportunity to the management.

**Designation**: P.Eng or PQS

**Education**: Civil engineering degree
