**Description d'emploi**:
Le Contrôleur de Projet (PCO) est responsable pour l’exécution d’activités spécifiques reliées au projet durant le cycle de vie du projet.

La fonction principale du PCO est d’assister le Gérant de Projets dans le contrôle du progrès et de la performance, de la finance, échéancier, l’analyse, les rapports, la fermeture, et autres activités liées au client ainsi que les tâches administratives.

Les éléments suivants, sans être exhaustifs, indiquent la nature des compétences, des responsabilités et des livrables du PCO dans le cadre de ce mandat.

**Rôle et Responsabilités**:

- Participer activement dans le processus d’autorisation en lien avec les planificateurs afin de comprendre l’échéancier, la structure financière et les livrables du projet/programme.
- Comprendre, se conformer et agir selon les requis de gérance de projets et le contrat.

**Finances**:

- Assurer le suivi et la mise à jour de la facturation et des calendriers des paiements.
- Effectuer l'analyse financière mensuelle et soutenir les cycles d'examen de projet.
- Évaluer les indicateurs de rendement clés (y compris la gestion de la valeur acquise) pour les coûts/le calendrier/le rendement.
- Déterminer les écarts et évaluer les répercussions.
- Mettre en œuvre les changements relatifs aux finances du projet - gérer les données et les systèmes.

**Échéancier/Planification**:

- Traiter les demandes de changement et l'analyse basée sur un scénario.
- Implémenter les changements a l’échéancier.
- Assurer le soutien de la gouvernance de projets.
- Assurer le soutien du système de suivi des risques.
- Produire/gérer la documentation exigée par le client/projet/contrat.
- Établir et maintenir des environnements de collaboration.
- Assurer la liaison avec le client, les organisations internes et les sous contracteurs.
- Exécuter les processus de contrôle implémenter par le groupe d'analystes du Bureau de gestion des projets (BGP).
- Exécuter les tâches administratives et la documentation associée.
- Participer/mener des activités d’amélioration de procédures/processus.

**Qualifications**:

- Baccalauréat en administration ou en finance, combiné à 2 à 5 années d'expérience, combinaison équivalente en lien avec la planification et le contrôle des projets OU Diplôme d'Études Collégiales combiné à 8 années d’expérience dans un environnement projets, idéalement en projets à long terme.
- Certification en gestion de projet (CAPM/PMP), un atout.
- Expérience dans un environnement ERP et MS Project, un atout.
- Maîtrise de l'outil informatique Microsoft Office.
- Minimum d'expérience dans un bureau de gestion de projets.
- Expérience pertinente dans un environnement industriel et à l’aise dans un environnement de logiciel et ingénierie un atout.

- Bonnes aptitudes pour la communication verbale et écrite.
- Capacité à gérer son temps et de nombreux projets en respectant des échéanciers serrés.
- Autonomie, capacité de travailler dans un environnement dynamique au rythme rapide avec un minimum de conseils et de supervision.
- Innovation, créativité, sentiment d'appartenance.
- Bilinguisme français/anglais obligatoire (écrit et verbal).
- Connaissance d'autres langues, un atout.
