- 1-2 years in a Technical Support role and/or Consumer Electronics Retail Experience;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications;
- Excellent communications skills (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills;
- Demonstrated organizational ability and follow-through
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment;
- Demonstrated ability to work harmoniously in a team as well as autonomously;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Spanish will be considered an asset

- **Erikson Consumer** en tant que
- **spécialiste de l'assistance produit**.- En tant que spécialiste de l'assistance technique aux consommateurs d'Erikson, vous serez chargé(e) d'aider les clients à résoudre les problèmes qu'ils peuvent rencontrer avec les produits qu'ils ont achetés. Vos tâches consisteront notamment à répondre aux appels entrants des clients et aux courriels provenant de divers portails. Vous serez amené(e) à dépanner les produits et à proposer une solution. Les retours de produits, les échanges et le traitement des commandes font partie des tâches qui vous seront confiées.**Ce que nous recherchons**:

- 1 à 2 ans d'expérience dans un rôle de support technique et/ou dans la vente au détail d'électronique grand public ;
- Excellente communication (écrite/verbale) et compétences interpersonnelles ;
- Compétences démontrées en matière d'organisation et de suivi
- Capacité avérée à travailler dans un environnement dynamique à rythme rapide ;
- Capacité avérée à travailler harmonieusement au sein d'une équipe et de manière indépendante ;
- Un grand souci du détail ;
- L'espagnol sera considéré comme un atout.
