**What We Offer**:
- Work by Appointment
- Full control of your deal’s profit
- Draw paid twice monthly
- Manage your own portfolio of Clients
- Get paid for all of it i.e., Front end gross, warranty, administration, registration, etching, insurance, rust proofing/module, gap insurance, after market dealer installed accessories
- Tier 1 lead generation
- Instant, real time vehicle requests daily
- Extensive Automotive Exclusive training program
- Continuous support from elite closers
- You’ll have the ability to build a portfolio of repeat clients who typically will purchase another vehicle with a lower interest rate. _Imagine selling 2 vehicles to a person in one year_

**Location**:325 Ingersoll Street South**
**Compensation: Up to $200,000 per year**
**_ Earning potential is based on your ability to sell effectively._**
**Hours**:Open availability Monday to Thursday 9 am to 8 pm, Friday and Saturday 9 am to 5 pm
**What You Will Be Doing**:
- Work with customers to identify their wants and needs based on approval rates
- Create relationships through phone consults and in-person meetings
- Discuss and educate customers on current lender requirements
- Conduct sales and leasing of vehicles in accordance with dealership procedures
- Opportunity to increase sales volume
- Monitor DealerTrack for leads
- Schedule appointments with customers
- Consult financial institutions to obtain funding options
- Close sales by overcoming objections, negotiating price, completing sales/purchase contracts, explaining/offering warranties, services, and financing
- Demonstrate vehicle features by explaining characteristics and capabilities
- Follow all OMVIC & MVDA regulations
**What You Bring to the Table**:

- Valid G Driver's License and acceptable driving record
- OMVIC license is an asset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong communication skills
- Friendly attitude and positive team participation skills
- Technically savvy
