Duties:

- Perform skilled labor tasks in various areas of construction and maintenance projects
- Install flooring, electrical work, exterior siding, and carpentry.
- Operate heavy equipment as needed
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in skilled labor or related field
- Proficient in flooring, electrical work, carpentry, and exterior siding
- Ability to operate heavy equipment such as skid steer and loader
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication, teamwork abilities and able to work independently

**Salary**: $25.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Construction: 2 years (preferred)
- Skilled Labor: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver's License (required)
