**The Job - Dispatcher**

Dispatchers play an integral role in keeping customer satisfaction high by maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor while dispatching On Side Restoration crews to jobs in a timely manner. Knowing who to call, when to call them and what the steps are in the restoration process is all just a regular part of being a Dispatcher.

**Dispatchers are responsible for**:

- Dispatching crews to save the day when disasters hit.
- Understanding scope of work and skills needed on a job site.
- Scheduling work with property owners.
- Managing sub-trade schedules.
- Managing crew mix and on-call availability.
- Supporting the branch Operations Manager in various administrative tasks.
- Participating in achieving certain measurable branch objectives.

**What you bring**:

- Superior customer service skills and a genuine desire to help people.
- Unparalleled organizational skills.
- Conscientiousness, never leaving a task before it’s complete.
- Curiosity, you’re always asking questions and want to know the rest of the story.
- Excellent phone and computer skills (MS Office - Word, Excel and Teams familiarity is a must).
- Bilingual, speaking - reading - writing. (English/French) - Need to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking clients and colleagues across the country.

**Le poste - Répartiteur**

Les répartiteurs jouent un rôle essentiel pour assurer un niveau élevé de satisfaction de la clientèle en faisant preuve de professionnalisme et d’empathie tout en dépêchant les équipes de On Side Après-Sinistre sur les lieux de travail en temps opportun. Savoir qui appeler, quand appeler et connaître les étapes du processus de restauration font partie intégrante du travail du répartiteur.

**Les répartiteurs sont responsables de**:

- Envoi des équipes pour sauver la journée en cas de sinistre.
- Comprendre l’étendue du travail et les compétences requises sur un chantier.
- Planification des travaux avec les propriétaires.
- Gérer les horaires des sous-traitants.
- Gérer la composition de l’équipe et la disponibilité sur appel.
- Supporter le directeur des opérations de la succursale dans diverses tâches administratives.
- Participer à l'atteinte de certains objectifs mesurables de la succursale.

- Compétences supérieures en matière de service à la clientèle et désir sincère d’aider les gens.
- Sens développé de l’organisation.
- Conscience professionnelle, ne jamais abandonner une tâche avant qu’elle ne soit terminée.
- Curiosité - toujours poser des questions et connaître la suite des événements.
- Excellentes habiletés au téléphone et en informatique (connaissance de MS Office - Word, Excel et Teams est indispensable).
