**The Job - Project Supervisor**

Project Supervisors work directly with multiple Project Managers to ensure the correct execution and timely completion of projects. Supervising operations personnel and working on various projects in the field ensures the Project Supervisor is always on the move. With their extensive construction/restoration experience, strong organizational abilities, and passion for getting work done on time and under budget, the Project Supervisor is key to On Side’s success.

**Project Supervisors are responsible for**:

- Weekly Fleet Checks
- Site Safety Inspections
- Leadership and Coaching Field Staff
- Monitor and maintain schedules, communicating with stakeholders regularly to ensure customer satisfaction
- Documentation of site visits and job progress

**What you bring**:

- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Construction related experience
- Leadership abilities and a preference for teamwork
- Valid driver’s licence and a clean criminal record (we do check)

**Other stuff that’ll help you be successful**:

- Skilled trade(s) or IICRC certificates
- Knowledge of basic drying concepts and drying equipment usage
- Standard First Aid certification
- Physically fit

**Of Note**

Disasters can strike at any time so a rotating schedule of 24/7 after hours on-call work is a requirement.

**Le poste - Superviseur de projet**

Les superviseurs de projet travaillent en étroite collaboration avec plusieurs gestionnaires de projet afin d’assurer une bonne exécution et réalisation des projets et ce, dans un délai convenable. En supervisant le personnel d’exploitation et en travaillant sur divers projets de terrain, le superviseur de projet est toujours en mouvement et se déplace sur les sites afin d’assurer une bonne exécution. Grâce à sa vaste expérience dans le domaine de la construction et de la restauration, à ses solides capacités organisationnelles et à sa passion de l’exécution des tâches dans les délais et les budgets convenables, le superviseur de projet est la clé de la réussite chez On Side Après-Sinistre.

**Les superviseurs de projet sont responsables de ce qui suit**:

- Vérifications hebdomadaires de la flotte des voitures
- Confirme la réalisation précise des plans de projet tels qu’établis par le gestionnaire de projet.
- Inspection de la sécurité sur le site
- Diriger et former le personnel sur le terrain (entrepreneurs de On Side Après-Sinistre et de tierces parties)
- Contrôler et maintenir les horaires, en communiquant régulièrement avec les parties prenantes pour assurer la satisfaction du client
- Documentation des visites de chantier et de l’avancement des travaux
- Prêter main forte aux équipes d’exploitation sur le site, selon les besoins.
