**Job Summary**:
The Inventory Control Coordinator plays a vital role in our organization by managing inventory, processing parts orders, coordinating shipments, and ensuring efficient stock levels. This position requires proficiency in QuickBooks, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail to maintain accurate records and support service operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Enter parts orders into the operating system - QuickBooks.
- Putting away parts into designated parts bins and racks.
- Follow sales orders and ship parts according to schedule.
- Prepare shipments for courier pickup and ensure accurate labelling.
- Collaborate with service technicians to facilitate timely turnaround of parts required for service calls.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate effectively with the purchasing department to adjust restocking needs.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in inventory management or similar roles.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and inventory control systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with RF scanners is an asset.
Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
