**Description du poste**
La Banque du Canada, en partenariat avec le centre d’innovation de la Banque des Règlements Internationaux (BRI) à Toronto, est à la recherche d’un ou d’une leader visionnaire pour élaborer des stratégies et des solutions novatrices d’intelligence artificielle (IA) qui nous permettront d’accroître nos capacités en surveillance financière. Joignez-vous à nous pour façonner l’avenir de l’IA en surveillance financière grâce à cette occasion unique de travailler avec deux institutions à l’avant-garde dans le domaine des systèmes financiers numériques.

Le pôle d’innovation de la BRI est constitué de sept centres situés au Canada, dans la zone euro, dans la région administrative spéciale de Hong Kong, à Singapour, en Suède, en Suisse et au Royaume-Uni. Chacun de ces centres est une cellule où travaillent des collègues qui œuvrent dans différentes disciplines et qui cherchent à cerner et à concevoir des biens publics pour les systèmes financiers numériques du monde entier. L’objectif : créer des outils permettant de façonner les écosystèmes financiers numériques du futur.

**Ce que vous ferez**
- piloter des projets d’IA dans le domaine de la supervision financière, en tirant parti des techniques d’apprentissage automatique et d’apprentissage profond
- concevoir et optimiser des modèles d’IA pour la reconnaissance des formes et l’analyse de données sur les marchés financiers
- mettre en œuvre des solutions de traitement automatique des langues pour l’interprétation des données financières
- diriger l’élaboration de cadres et de solutions de supervision financière basés sur l’IA
- collaborer avec des institutions financières internationales pour mettre en œuvre des solutions d’IA de pointe dans le domaine de la supervision
- concevoir des systèmes d’IA pour surveiller et analyser les opérations financières et les participants au marché
- guider l’équipe dans l’adoption des pratiques exemplaires en matière d’IA et d’analyse de données
- présenter les stratégies et les résultats de l’IA aux parties prenantes internationales, y compris les banques centrales

**Ce qu’il vous faut pour réussir**
- expérience avérée du domaine de l’IA et de l’apprentissage automatique, de préférence dans un contexte financier
- grande facilité à communiquer et capacité d’assurer la liaison entre les domaines techniques et d’affaires
- solides compétences en programmation avec Python, R ou Java
- compréhension approfondie des algorithmes d’apprentissage automatique, des structures de données et des environnements de développement d’IA comme TensorFlow, Pandas ou PyTorch
- expérience du déploiement de modèles d’apprentissage automatique en production, en particulier de grands modèles de langage
- expérience dans le maintien de systèmes opérationnels avec des modèles d’apprentissage automatique
- maîtrise des processus d’entraînement et d’inférence
- connaissance approfondie des statistiques, des mathématiques et de la gestion des données
- expertise dans le traitement automatique des langues et les grands modèles de langage
- excellentes aptitudes pour la résolution de problèmes et forte capacité d’analyse
