Nous recherchons activement un capitaine - bateaux-pilotes pour effectuer différentes manœuvres de pilotage au port de Trois-Rivières.

**TES TALENTS SERVIRONT À RELEVER LES DÉFIS SUIVANTS**:

- Diriger un équipage et assurer le bon déroulement des manœuvres;
- S’assurer que le navire et l’équipage possèdent les certifications nécessaires pour la zone d’opérations;
- S’assurer du bon fonctionnement de l’équipement du navire;
- Veiller à la navigabilité du navire dans toutes conditions;
- Participer à la validation des listes de réparations et de modifications à faire avec le surintendant;
- Inspecter le matériel, la structure et l’équipement selon le programme d’entretien SINEX;
- Promouvoir et maintenir la santé et la sécurité de toutes les personnes à bord du navire;
- Mettre en œuvre les politiques de sécurité et de protection de l’environnement de la compagnie;
- Appliquer et auditer le système SMS (Safety Management System) de la compagnie;
- Exploiter les navires selon les pratiques de la compagnie et celles reconnues par l’industrie;
- Respecter les exigences émises par l’Administration de Pilotage des Laurentides (APL);
- Participer et soutenir les activités prévues au système de gestion de la santé, sécurité et environnement.

**NOTRE COLLÈGUE IDÉAL POSSÈDE**:

- Brevet de Capitaine 60 tonneaux (minimum requis) ou plus;
- Certificat médical valide émis par Transports Canada;
- Certificats suivants:

- FUM sur la sécurité transportant des passagers (A2);
- Formation de secourisme élémentaire en mer;
- Opérateur radio restreint commercial maritime (CRO-CM);
- Expérience sur les bateaux-pilotes (un atout);
- Connaissances mécaniques et/ou OMPB (atout);
- Disponibilité de jour, de nuit et de fin de semaine;
- Bonne connaissance de la navigation sur le fleuve St-Laurent;
- Niveau intermédiaire de Microsoft 365, notamment Outlook;
- Bilinguisme français et anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit (un atout).
