Mortgage Underwriter

CFMI, is a Mortgage Finance Division of “Les Immeubles Charisma” with 600 in-house Real Estate Brokers which gives us the opportunity to receive Mortgage referrals Therefore, the role of the Underwriter plays a very important role, as we work all together to ensure quality & efficient service to them & their clients.

Since our opening in 2021, we've acquired a dynamic team focused on customer service and business growth.

Join our team as an Underwriter and be at the forefront of deal assessments and loan offerings You will be a liaison between Mortgage Brokers and Lenders, and play a pivotal role in our loan approval processes

Credit Policy Implementation: Present the mortgage files to the Lenders in accordance with their credit policy and ensuring compliance with company standards.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years in a similar role
- Active Mortgage Broker License
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

- Mortgage Financing Occupations: 1 year (required)
