The Ultimate Deck Shop is a building materials supplier for the outdoors, primarily decks, fences, pergolas. As a Sales Associate, you will become an expert in decking products and construction practices to ensure you are skilled to provide customers with the BEST customer service and accurate and timely estimates. An outgoing, friendly personality with a passion for helping people is of utmost importance, and a high attention to detail to ensure estimate accuracy is key.

**Sales Associate and Estimator Duties and Responsibilities**
- Assist homeowners and contractors in their search for their ideal materials for their decking project.
- Provide top notch customer service with a friendly demeanor, a will to help, and a desire to succeed.
- Create comprehensive lists of building materials for DIY and Contractor customers
- Maintain a leadership role and open communication with customers, contractors, sales team.

**Sales Associate and Estimator Requirements and Qualifications**
- Prior experience in sales and/or customer service is desired but not required
- Prior experience within decking and/or construction is desired but not required
- Prior experience as an estimator is preferable
- Familiarity with construction practices, costs, and procedures
- Valid drivers license

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 7 months

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
