Job Title: Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and expanding our sales region, building strong relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Grow sales and profit margins through analyzing customer needs and developing effective sales strategies
  • Prospect and onboard new customer accounts, and educate customers on our products and services
  • Conduct sales presentations, demonstrate products, and provide excellent customer service
  • Execute sales strategies and territory management, and review weekly/monthly reports with store managers
  • Minimize accounts receivable problems and maintain awareness of pricing trends
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Must own a reliable vehicle with current insurance
  • 1-3 years of previous experience in a customer-facing role
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with food service, wholesale, or convenience is highly preferred
  • Experience with CRM platforms, such as Sales Force, SAP, or Power BI
