**Responsibilities**
- reply through web portals
- update client details on company system.
- Promote travel packages
- Giving reviews of travel packages
- Improve sales of travel packages

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Tourism or a related field is a plus
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the tourism industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse individuals
- Strong knowledge of local tourist attractions, accommodations, and event venues
- Proficient in using computer systems and travel booking platforms
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Possess friendly and welcoming personality, with a passion for travel and providing exceptional customer service

**The job scope**
- Part time shift for 3-5 Hours and full-time 8 hours.
- Online Assistant/Remote enhancement work/Online assistant support/Online Remote operations/Online Personal Assistant/Administrative Assistant/Data Entry
- Can be done without affecting your current job
- No experience required to start, one-on-one guidance provided

**Salary**: $200-$350/Per day
- Age must be 20 years old and above
- Flexible Working hours, no experience is welcomed
- Daily payroll

Supplemental pay type
- Overtime

Bonus pay
