What will you do?
- Learn and grow as an important part of a team that cares about Reliance and its customers.
- Ensure AP vouchers are processed accurately and timely; monitor processing with Finance to ensure timely payment to vendors avoiding late fees.
- Work with Finance and AP team to achieve accurate invoice processing and timely completion of month end activities
- Coordinate IT Budget/Forecast and Accrual with Finance
- Issue PO’s for procurement of IT assets and services
- Work with IT team to monitor inventory and procure IT accessories as required
- Maintains a systematic and up-to-date filing system for AP records
- Ensures all payment approvals are in accordance with the Reliance Signing Authority Matrix
- Manage charge backs to LOB’s on a quarterly bases for IT Services
- Maintains excellent professional relationships with vendors and internal customers and provides proactive customer service in assisting with inquiries regarding account status information and other requests
- Provide support and guidance on Accounts Payable operational processes, policies, and practices.

- Supports IT VP and Directors by ensuring forecasts/budgets to actuals are on track
- Other IT duties as assigned

What do you bring?

- Excellent communication skills
- Current enrollment or College diploma/University degree with major in business/accounting
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Interpersonal and relationship building skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders.
- Prior experience with accounting software, i.e. SAP, SAP Concur would be an asset
