An award winning windows and doors company is currently looking for an Installation Manager to manage installation projects from post-sale through window installation or service completion.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for answering customer and installation crew questions.
- Perform site visits and evaluate the crew performance, job status, and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with service department to ensure services are completed on time.
- Review job measurement and costs with the crew.
- Responsible for ensuring final payments are collected, customer is satisfied, and review survey.
- Check-in with the crews every morning to review projects of the day, set expectations, answer any questions.
- Follow-up with previous projects and outstanding items.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
3+ years of experience in residential construction

3+ years of experience in project management on the field with subcontractors

5+ years of experience in window installation, window project management or window service.

Customer focus, experience and a commitment to delivering excellence in customer service

Ability to resolve dispute or payment issue with professionalism.

Strong organizational skills.

Must have basic computer skills including MS Word, Excel and Google Calendar.

Excellent oral and written communication, team player, strong work ethic

Driver License with clean record and access to a reliable insured vehicle

**Salary**: From $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:
