The Opportunity

As an entry-level customer care representative, you will play a crucial role in our new project aimed at implementing a cutting-edge customer service system. This exciting initiative will challenge you to provide exceptional customer service while actively participating in operational changes and providing valuable feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide top-notch support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to contribute to ongoing improvements.
- Be the face of Simply Smart Home, creating positive and lasting impressions with customers.

**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
