Material Handler

**The Opportunity**:
For our Arborg, MANITOBA facility, we are seeking a:
**Material Handler**

**Responsibilities**:
Loading, unloading and moving products and materials to the designated locations in the warehouse and production; and assisting in picking and placing materials orders
- Loading and unloading transfer order materials.
- Effective storage and retrieval of production material requirements.
- Monitor, maintain, and operate equipment and materials in safe and optimum condition.
- Ensures that no product moves from the shipping/receiving area until documentation for all products received or shipped is properly completed.

** Demonstrate the accountabilities under Vidir’s Safety Management System and Continuous Improvement Programs and lead by example.**

**Qualifications**:
** A combination of education and experience will be considered.**
** ** Experience working in a warehouse environment
** ** Forklift experience (e.g., performing basic operation such as driving forwards, driving backwards, lifting and lowering boom, maneuvering in tight areas safely, etc.)
** ** Experience working in a team environment
** Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, manufacturing principles**
** Basic computer skills**:
