Westmount, Canada Creccal Investments Ltd. Full time

Syndicate of Co Owners of Westmount Square is looking for a facility manager to administer the syndicate portions of the Westmount Square complex.

This entails the management & organization and of the contractors servicing all the utilities of the complex, syndicate employees including 2 MMF's, and security guard team.

The management of the billing of all supplier payments in conjunction with the accounting team.

Weekly meetings with the commercial and residential representatives, for approval's and discussion of all matters relating to the entire complex.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
