**Contract Floor Plan Measuring Technician**

We’re looking for a Floor Plan Measuring Technician to join our expanding contract team at SeeVirtual Marketing & Photography servicing the downtown Vancouver area. This is not a desk job, and it can be physically demanding. You will be travelling to various locations in and around Downtown Vancouver measuring Real Estate Listings, working with a variety of clients and homeowners.

This position has a STRONG focus on customer support, problem solving and attention to detail.

**Your Responsibilities**

After your introductory training period, you will be working on a contract basis, scheduling floor plan measuring appointments based on your set calendar availability, coordinating with clients to accommodate their specific listing needs, finalizing and delivering floor plan files, and coordinating with the internal remote support team to ensure client billing and final delivery are always above standard.

You'll need to be resourceful and have the ability to figure things out on your own using Company resources as well as Google search and other resources when necessary. We provide extensive training, but we don't micromanage so it is essential that you are self-accountable and willing to figure things out on your own when the need arises. **Day-to-day responsibilities Include**:

- Coordinating directly with clients to schedule their Floor Plan measuring appointments in a friendly & efficient manner
- Communications with the rest of our Floor Plan and Photography Teams to setup joint bookings for clients
- Travelling within and around Vancouver to measure various locations efficiently
- Measuring Real Estate listings with a high degree of accuracy
- Labelling and adjusting Floor Plan files to suit client preferences
- Sending files to clients and managing files within our server system
- Providing timely updates to Floor Plans as requested by clients
- Helping with Floor Plan customer support and inquiries
- Willing to work extra hours when needed
- Helping with organization and automation projects and supporting the rest of the team as needed

**Key Skills Required**
- Phenomenal organization & communication skills (both with team members internally and externally with clients)
- Friendly, Organized and comfortable working one-on-one with clients and homeowners
- Exceptional at sourcing information as platforms and programs change. Self motivated, resource-finding superstar
- Humble and self aware, willing to discuss and share ideas, and take constructive feedback wherever needed to improve
- Driven to learn and grow - always hungry to learn new approaches, systems and processes
- Drafting / CADD Technologies education is not required but may be an asset
- Basic Canadian wood framing construction knowledge is not required but may be an asset
- Basic interior space planning knowledge is not required but may be an asset
