**Job Title**: Customer Service & Order Management Specialist
- This position offers a base salary plus commission, providing you the opportunity to grow your income based on performance._

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, taking in-bound calls, and assisting with solutions to meet their needs. Strong proficiency in English is essential to ensure clear and professional interactions.
- **Order Management**: Coordinate and place various print and production orders, including paper, large format, clothing, merchandise, and promotional products, with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- **Product Sourcing & Recommendations**: Work closely with clients to select and recommend promotional products that fit their brand and budget, helping them find the best solutions to meet their goals.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain and update the CRM with current client and order information, ensuring records are accurate and up-to-date.
- **Production Coordination**: Work closely with vendors and suppliers to confirm job details, timelines, and quality standards.
- **Sales Support & Lead Generation**: Assist with generating new sales opportunities through inbound calls, lead generation activities, and follow-up communications.
- **Solution-Based Selling**: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and recommend the best print and production solutions for their projects.
- **Order Tracking & Updates**: Monitor order progress and provide clients with updates, including estimated delivery times, order status, and any potential issues.
- **Inventory & Supply Management**: Track inventory levels for printed materials and place orders as necessary to meet client demands.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective client interaction.
- Proven experience in customer service or account management, preferably in a print production, marketing, or similar environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Sales experience and a proactive approach to lead generation are assets.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to provide effective solutions.
- Knowledge of the print industry, including apparel, promotional products, and large format production processes, is a plus.
- Experience in product sourcing for promotional items is a plus.
