Chiropractic Office Assistant/receptionist

Responsibilities:

- Schedule and maintain patient appointments
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive experience
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate patient records
- Answer phone calls and provide excellent customer support
- Organize billing and submit insurance claims
- Copy, file, fax and maintain paper records
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a medical or dental office setting is preferred
- Familiarity with office procedures and protocols
- Proficient in data entry and computerized systems
- Strong attention to detail for proofreading documents and files
- Use a multi-line phone system to manage incoming calls, determine purpose of callers, and respond to calls appropriately
- Knowledge of phone systems and handling patient inquiries
- Understanding of chiropractic receptionist duties is a plus

This position offers a competitive salary based on experience.

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 30 per week
