Our business is expanding and we are currently seeking an **AP Coordinator** with a great attitude who wants to join the Grace Team

**Position**: Full Time/Contract

**Hours**: Monday to Friday

**Requirements**:

- Post secondary education would be considered an asset
- Previous accounting experience preferred
- Excellent computer skills, well-versed in MS Office
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive attitude and a team player
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Clean criminal search
- Valid driver’s licence

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze and enter AP invoices into accounting system
- Prepare reconciliations and reports for Controller
- Forward payment remittances to vendors
- Effectively communicate with vendors
- Open and distribute incoming mail
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Other duties as assigned
