**Job description**:
We have an exciting and unique full time contract opportunity to work within a Real Estate and Logistics team as their Real Estate Accommodation Advisor.

In this highly important front line Real Estate Advisor role, it will be critically important to support smooth transitions for employees relocating to and into the community. As a highly motivated professional with residential accommodation scopes this energizing and people focused role will have a focus on providing top quality experiences for our new joiners.

The advisor will also:

- Provide top tier experience for relocators to the region, including housing tours, town tours, and guidance on services in the region
- Support the delivery of a safe, secure, comfortable environment that cares for company staff and personnel engaged in projects
- Support the relevant stake holders and team in the efficient management of Company Provided Housing through ongoing development and implementation of strategies to support temporary relocations including maintenance, budgeting, and acting as interface in the relocation process
- Development correspondence, policies and procedures that support employees relocating to region
- Provide visible HSSE leadership and contractual compliance
- Use your ability to utilize flexible thinking with well developed problem solving skill while working well independently and under pressure
- Display a strong positive attitude to manage change and improvement in our processes, ways of working and our overall performance
- Develop strong working relationships within your team and stakeholders to boost co-operation, under a One Team approach

**To be successful, you will have**:

- 5+ years' experience in Hospitality industry or a similar customer-focused field
- Experience in property management, relocation services, facility management, or logistics is considered an asset
- Experience in communications, policy development, and business writing is considered an asset
