As a member of our Order Desk team, you will perform a variety of customer service, order desk, administrative and reception functions. This can be a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and critical thinking.

**SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS**:

- Shift 1: Flexible weekdays x3 (4:00a - 12:00p); Saturday (4:00a - 12:00p) & Sunday (10:00a - 6:00p/11:00a - 7:00p).).
- Shift 2: Flexible weekdays: x3 (between 7:00am - 6:00p) and Weekends: Saturday (7:00a - 3:00p) & Sunday (10:00a - 6:00p/11:00a - 7:00p).

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**:

- Utilize your strong listening, communication, and multitasking skills to provide a positive and professional customer experience for our clients.
- Answer general phone line with professional phone mannerism and take orders, transfer calls, answer questions and promote items.
- Work closely and communicate often with other departments such as warehouse, sales reps, office, production, and drivers.

- A high level of motivation, ability to work in a high-pressure environment with mínimal supervision and excellent multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A willingness to learn and openness to coaching and feedback.
- Ability to maintain a safe working environment and follow all safety procedures.

**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE**:

- Office experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service orientation and professional phone mannerism are a must.
- Proficient computer and typing skills are a must.
- Knowledge of produce and distribution industry an asset.
- Advanced skills working with computers and other office equipment.
