STEMCELL Technologies is looking for a Manager, Manufacturing, GMP to take the pivotal role of overseeing and directing manufacturing processes, equipment and personnel in the Cleanroom to meet corporate requirements. As a Manager, Manufacturing, GMP you will be responsible for overseeing personnel, processes, and quality documentation of the regulated manufacturing area under your supervision.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Direct and coordinate manufacturing processes in alignment with corporate goals, including managing clean room personnel with a focus on safety, quality, training and adherence to protocols
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline manufacturing procedures
- Maintain a strong on-floor presence within the clean room, actively engaging in process oversight and equipment management
- Responsible for comprehensive documentation related to manufacturing activities in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP)

**Knowledge and Qualifications**
- Bachelor of science with proven experience in a managerial/supervisory role within GMP manufacturing, preferably within the biotech industry
- In-depth knowledge of clean room processes, equipment, aseptic processing and regulatory compliance
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively guide and train manufacturing personnel
- Proven ability to collaborate with various stakeholders for process optimization and improvements
- An adaptable work schedule based on the production needs, with the ability to work on a shift basis as required to meet business demands

The annual base salary for this job ranges from:
$78,640.00 - $118,000.00

STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy. In addition to base salary, STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits, retirement savings, and more.
