Voulez-vous travailler pour un détaillant de voyages international où vos idées, vos actions et vos interactions font une réelle différence ? Nous recherchons des personnes innovantes pour façonner l’avenir d’ARI, en nous appuyant sur nos principaux atouts en proposant des offres de vente au détail sur mesure, axées sur le client. En tant que coordonnateur de projet de construction, vous jouerez un rôle central dans l'exécution de nos projets de construction. Relevant du chef de projet, vous jouerez un rôle déterminant pour assurer la mise en œuvre et la livraison fluides de nos initiatives de construction de commerces de détail.

**Principales responsabilités**
- Aider à gérer les projets de construction du début à la fin, en garantissant le respect des délais et des budgets.
- Coordonner étroitement avec les parties prenantes internes et les équipes externes de conception/construction sur une base hebdomadaire et fournir des rapports d'avancement hebdomadaires.
- Gérer la coordination des matériaux, en assurant le respect des normes de la marque et des exigences du projet.
- Effectuer des inspections sur place pour suivre les progrès, y compris pendant la journée et occasionnellement pendant la nuit.
- Faciliter la planification des expéditions de meubles et superviser la logistique de livraison.
- Inspecter les expéditions livrées de matériaux du magasin et émettre des rapports d'inspection.
- Soutenir la mise en œuvre de processus d'examen de qualité pour les conceptions et les aménagements.
- Collaborer avec des designers externes sur des conceptions conceptuelles et détaillées.
- Modifiez les dessins dans AUTO CAD ou préparez des croquis sur site pour tout besoin de construction supplémentaire.
- Aider à examiner et évaluer les documents de construction, les calendriers, les budgets et les documents de planification, en veillant à ce que la planification soit effectuée à l'aide de MS Project ou d'un logiciel équivalent.
- Soutenir les efforts de gestion des parties prenantes et des fournisseurs.
- Assurer le respect des réglementations en matière de construction, des exigences aéroportuaires et des formalités contractuelles.
- Aider à diriger l'équipe de projet et à mettre en œuvre les stratégies de projet dans le cadre des budgets établis.
- Aider à administrer les processus de facturation et de recouvrement.
- Promouvoir et respecter les politiques et procédures de gestion des risques et de sécurité.
- Développer et entretenir des relations solides avec les départements internes et les parties prenantes externes telles que les clients, les équipes de conception, les sous-traitants et autres parties concernées.
- Favoriser le travail d'équipe au sein de l'équipe projet.
- Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe pour soutenir les opérations du projet, selon les besoins.

**Qualifications requises**
- 1 à 2 années d'expérience en coordination de projets ou connexe.
- DEC ou baccalauréat en architecture, design d'intérieur ou domaine connexe préféré.
- Excellentes compétences en communication, en organisation, en informatique et excellentes compétences en présentation.
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets et à maintenir les calendriers et les budgets.
- Volonté de voyager occasionnellement selon les besoins.
- Familiarité avec l'architecture haut de gamme ou commerciale préférée.
- Compréhension des dessins industriels et des spécifications standard.
- Connaissance des outils, des métiers et des techniques de construction commerciale.
- Flexibilité pour s'adapter aux priorités et aux délais changeants.
- Capacité à développer et entretenir des relations efficaces avec les parties prenantes.
- Solides compétences en résolution de problèmes et capacité à collaborer efficacement.
- Familiarité avec les contrats québécois/canadiens et la réglementation en matière de construction.
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Project (MS project), AutoCAD et PowerPoint.
- Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français (écrit et verbal).
