**Position Summary**:
Tradition Mutual Insurance Company is currently seeking applicants for the role of Personal Lines
Underwriter to join our Underwriting Team. We are searching for a positive and enthusiastic individual
who can work both independently and as a team player. We offer a competitive compensation package,

**Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Underwriting Manager, this position will be responsible for:
renewal insurance risks
- Respond to enquiries from insurance agents and brokers regarding underwriting decisions,

interpretation of policy forms, coverage and premium levels.
- Ensure adherence to policies, procedures and underwriting guidelines
- Ability to adapt to changes in technology, processes and workflow
- Contribute to a positive work environment

**Qualifications**:

- CIP designation, or in progress
- 3-5 years’ experience in the insurance industry
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, decision making skills, as well as the ability to work

confidently under pressure.

**Compensation**
$39,700 - $59,000 per year
