Stock Keeper

**STOCK KEEPER**

**We are currently seeking a Stock Keeper to work from our office at the International Centre.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Organize and maintain material and equipment in storage areas and storage rooms
- Organize, clean and maintain manlifts, golf carts and forklifts, which includes regular maintenance on batteries etc.
- Material handling which includes the shunting of material and equipment with the use of forklifts etc.
- Perform groundman duties for lifts when required
- Perform minor repairs on material and equipment
- Inform the Foreman or Manager when material is needed for repairs
- Receive, deliver and pick up material from suppliers and other SHOWTECH facilities
- Be able to operate manlifts such as scissor lifts and stick booms
- Be able to hang and remove signs, banners and drape etc. that have been ordered for events
- Track the use of hardware etc. that is used in day-to-day operations. This includes tape, tie wraps, guy wire, caution tape etc. Request stocking when needed.
- Maintain pick up truck which includes:

- Regular cleaning inside and out

*Notify Foreman or Manager when oil changes are needed

*Notify Foreman or Manager of any maintenance the truck requires
- Stock Keepers can only help pick up and move equipment once it has been de-energized by electricians_

**Qualifications**
- Reliable, team player with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Self-motivated individual who is able to work independently
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Flexibility and ability to work necessary hours, which includes nights and weekends in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
