**Company Description**

We are a rapidly growing CPA firm located in Burnaby with 3 partners. We provide a range of high quality, personalized accounting and taxation services to small and medium sized businesses and individuals across Canada.

We are looking for new and experienced managers.

(Note: We are currently located in Central Burnaby. Relocating to the Metrotown area in December 2023. **Metro tower 2 - Central Blvd**)

**Requirements**:

- Qualified CPA with a minimum 4 years of public practice experience, including one year as a manager in public practice
- Skilled in audit, review and compilation engagements
- Skilled in the preparation of financial statements for assurance engagements
- Experience with tax planning for both personal and corporate clients
- Ability to represent the Firm and liaise with clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Aptitude for improving internal systems and processes
- Strong team leadership skills with aptitude for training and developing staff

**Responsibilities**
- Demonstrates an ability to lead and manage multiple engagements and associates
- Responsible for developing and maintaining all aspects of client services
- Manages assurance, accounting, and tax engagements
- Manages aspects of production and client billing
- Actively leads and develops work teams to successfully meet and exceed a varying range of client needs and expectations
- Actively supports and participates in firm wide initiatives
- Promotes the firm’s Quality Control Standards

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
