We are Can Help Migration Experts Inc.(Legal Department) are looking for lawyers to join our firm. Our firm serves clients in multiple areas and will be assisting clientele in the matters of Family Law, Real Estate, Civil Litigation, Immigration Law, Wills and Estates, as well as Corporate and Commercial issues.

We are seeking both Junior and Senior associates with experience in either Family Law, Immigration Law, and/ or Civil Litigation. Experience in other areas is a bonus.

Our lawyers are remunerated well above industry average. You are not required to have an existing client base, but it is preferred. You must be self-motivated and hard-working.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct legal research and analysis using various resources such as Lexis-Nexis.
- Draft legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and motions.
- Represent clients in court proceedings and other legal proceedings.
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients.
- Collaborate with colleagues on complex legal matters.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may affect clients.

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures.
- Proficient in conducting legal research using Lexis-Nexis, West law, and other relevant resources.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide sound advice.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
