DLA Piper (Canada) LLP is newly looking for a talented mid to senior-level associate with 3-7 years’ ‎experience in Corporate and M&A. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of substantive corporate transactional experience, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and global corporate restructurings. You will be a self-starter, driven, and thrive in a collegial environment.‎ This is a rare and valuable opportunity to join a top global firm in Edmonton.


Specifically, the successful candidate’s skills and experience will include advising client companies on a broad array of corporate transactions, including debt and equity ‎financings and mergers and acquisitions.


Our clients include publicly listed and privately held entities, so 3+ years’ experience from a national, ‎international or very well-reputed law firm and/or mix of in-house work is highly desirable. The team is ‎made up of high performing and dedicated practitioners who are collegial, bright and committed to ‎producing excellent results for our clients. You will take a lead role, working closely with our Corporate Partners and Associates.
