*Job Overview*

*Duties*
- Perform abatement activities to remove hazardous materials from buildings
- Clean and prepare sites for restoration or construction
- Use power tools and hand tools to complete assigned tasks
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
- Work efficiently to meet project deadlines

*Requirements*
- Experience in cleaning, building, or restoration work is preferred
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools
- Ability to work in environments with potential hazards
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

**Worksafe Level 2 Certification Required**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $25.41-$26.58 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
