**Job Summary**

We currently have an opening for a Sales Trader to join our Environmental Commodities division at Targray Headquarters in Kirkland, Montreal. This role is ideal for a highly motivated and driven individual with a strong sales background and the potential for high achievement.

This position requires 100% in-office presence Monday to Friday.

**Who you are**:
**Responsibilities**
- Build, manage, and expand a client portfolio leveraging your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to cultivate trust.
- Source and develop leads independently, employing intensive cold calling efforts to overcome obstacles and distinguish yourself in the eyes of clients.
- Negotiating prices and contract terms.
- Benefit from our collaborative knowledge-sharing approach across our entities, guaranteeing access to the most up-to-date insights within our respective markets.
- Research and present recommendations to senior management on new market opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Exceptional communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
- A natural sales or business development acumen
- Proficient in cold calling and skilled at devising innovative strategies to attract clients
- Driven to close deals with a strong appetite for success and achievement.
- Unwavering determination and a strong drive for excellence, demonstrated through a relentless work ethic and a consistent track record of achieving results.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to think critically
- Exceptional quantitative, logical reasoning, and analytical skills
- Must be fluent in English (written and oral); French is an asset.
- English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US, and other countries across the globe where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
