**Required Qualifications**:
Baccalaureate degree in a health care discipline and 5 years management experience in an acute care setting is required. Current registration with applicable professional College required. Excellence in transferable/”soft” skills, including communication, teamwork and problem solving required. Equivalencies may be considered.

**Additional Required Qualifications**:
Proven coaching and mentorships skills required as well as excellent conflict resolution and communication skills. Proficiency in Outlook, Power Point, Word required as well as working knowledge of Excel.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Experience with Connect Care, ESP, e People, e Manager,i-expense, Oracle an asset. Experience with Project Management and Lean Leadership is an asset.
