**Risk Manager**
**What is the project?**
A six-kilometre tunnel and associated tunnelling works from Exhibition to Don Yard portal (west of the Don River). The scope of the Project includes the design, construction, and handover of all tunnels (twin tube of 6 km each), 7 stations (turnkey for: 1 station at grade and 6 underground stations) and civil works.
**What you will do**:
Oversee the organization s comprehensive Risk Management program, assessing and identifying risks that could hinder the schedule of the Project, company reputation, the health, safety and security of the staff, the environment, with negative impacts on the financial success of the organization.
Concretely, your tasks will be:
- Establish and revise Risk & Opportunity Management plan and procedures to identify and address risks and opportunities in the organization, services and departments.
- Put in place and follows-up an Early Warning system.
- Conduct risk and opportunity assessments, collecting and analyzing documentation, statistics, reports, and organizing risk and opportunity identification brainstorming sessions.
- Together with the teams and risk owners, draft and propose risk & opportunity management strategy, risk mitigation or opportunity enforcement plans and ensure their follow-up through the Project Risk & Opportunity Register.
- Perform, with the appropriate tools, Schedule Risk Analysis and Cost Risk Analysis.
- Make recommendations to Project Directors and implements modifications and improvements.
- Draft and present risks and opportunity reports.
- Participate to regular Risk & Opportunity Management meeting with our client.
**Who we are looking for**:
- Thorough understanding of policies and best practices of risk and opportunity management.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, and capacity to think out of the box.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Bachelor or Master degree in Contract, Risk Management or related field required.
- At least 5 years of related experience preferred.
